Required for Restricted Products
Orders containing age-restricted goods, including knives, axes, machetes and other bladed tools, require valid proof of age before they can be accepted for processing.
Please upload your identification immediately after completing checkout. Your order is not confirmed or placed into the dispatch queue until your ID has been received and approved.
For age verification, we only need to see:
- Your name
- Your date of birth
- The final five digits of your passport or driving licence number
All other details may be securely covered or redacted. Photographs of yourself or “selfies” cannot be accepted as proof of age.
Submitting ID late will delay order processing and shipping. It may also affect product availability, as stock cannot be firmly allocated until age verification is complete. Delayed verification may add at least one working week to our usual dispatch time.
Your information is handled securely in accordance with UK data protection legislation. We do not retain copies of identification documents. Once verification is complete, a pass mark is added to your account or order and the uploaded file is securely deleted.
One reminder email will be issued. Orders will remain on hold until acceptable proof of age has been provided.
