Description

Palm Drills are an important forest school education tool, allowing youngsters to drill wooden objects such as outdoor jewelry and name badges. Our palm drills are made to a high standard and are the perfect alternative to carrying larger drills, such as hand drills or a bit and brace.

Our palm drills are safe to use, and have been made with health and safety firmly in mind. Each drill bit has been designed to drill into wood, but lacks the very sharp spur that is often found on wood drill bits.

To use our palm drills, simply add pressure and twist the tool to begin drilling.

The handles have a unique shape, specially made for small hands, meaning the chances of slipping are greatly reduced. The handles have all been weatherproofed so will last a long time.

Important Notes: Please always provide instruction prior to use and always supervise children whilst using palm drills. When using palm drills always use a left/right motion when drilling - palm drills are not designed to be turned in a single direction.

The palm drill bits are fixed in place. This is mainly for safety reasons.
