Single Setting Licence
The standard resource is supplied under a Single Setting Licence.
This permits authorised staff within one named school, Forest School setting, nursery, Scout group, charity, outdoor education centre or other professional organisation to use the resource internally at that setting.
The resource may be printed and stored internally within the licensed organisation where reasonably required for its authorised educational activities.
The licence does not permit the resource to be supplied to another school, organisation, site, external practitioner or third party.
Resale, redistribution, public uploading, sublicensing and unauthorised sharing are prohibited.
Multi-Site Licences
Organisations requiring use across more than one site will require a Multi-Site Licence.
This may be appropriate for:

Digital resources cannot be physically returned, transferred to another organisation or resold.
This does not affect any contractual or statutory rights or remedies which cannot lawfully be excluded, including where we fail to supply the product or licence agreed.
