The Lighthouse T40HR Rechargeable Head Torch is a powerful and versatile hands-free light, ideal for Forest School leaders, outdoor educators, Scout groups, bushcraft instructors and anyone working or exploring outdoors after dark.
Producing up to 400 lumens, this compact rechargeable head torch provides dependable illumination for woodland sessions, evening activities, campsite setup, equipment checks, night walks and emergency use. Multiple brightness settings allow you to select 100%, 50% or 25% power, helping you balance light output with battery life.
Choose between a wide flood beam for illuminating larger working areas and a focused spotlight for viewing paths, equipment or objects at a distance. The spotlight mode is also useful when working in confined spaces or around other people where excessive glare may be distracting or hazardous.
The lamp can be tilted through 180 degrees, allowing the beam to be directed exactly where it is needed while keeping both hands free. This makes the T40HR particularly useful for preparing Forest School activities, checking shelters, organising outdoor equipment, carrying out maintenance tasks or safely navigating woodland trails.
Designed for regular outdoor use, the head torch features an adjustable reflective head strap for a comfortable and secure fit. The reflective detailing also improves visibility in low-light conditions, making it a practical choice for group leaders and outdoor practitioners.
With an IP65 water-resistant rating and IK07 impact-resistant construction, the Lighthouse T40HR is suitable for demanding outdoor environments. Its compact size means it can be stored easily in a Forest School kit bag, backpack, vehicle, coat pocket or emergency equipment box.
Supplied with a USB-C charging lead for convenient recharging.
