Our extra thick and long gauntlet-style gloves are an essential health and safety staple when cooking outdoors. They make moving hot Dutch ovens, kettles and pots of pans easy when cooking over open campfires. Each glove is fully lined for comfort and added protection.

Our gloves fully conform to EN420 and EN388 safety standards, but care should still always be taken when handling very hot items. Each glove is 350mm long, adding protection to hands, wrists and forearms.

The description says one size. Are these suitable for 8-10 years old, i.e. Cub aged children?

The gloves are a standard adult size, as they are intended for handling large and often very heavy hot Dutch ovens, which would generally be too large and heavy for children to move safely. Care must still be taken at all times when handling hot cookware.
