If you've purchased an age-restricted item, such as a knife, you now need to upload a photo of your ID on this secure page. This is a LEGAL requirement. If the purchase is for a company/school then we may not require these details. You will also need to show your ID to the delivery driver (this is a new law). Parcels cannot be signed for, or left with, anyone other than the consignee.
Providing us with your ID allows us to serve you remotely, and release your order for processing. A simple photo of an official document, such as a driving license is fine - we only need to see your name and date of birth. Any sensitive details may be covered. The ID MUST show your NAME and DOB - a 'selfie' is not acceptable!
All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not store your details; we will simply add a pass mark to your order/account and securely destroy the data/files sent to us.
