IMPORTANT CHANGES TO UK LAW WHEN PURCHASING BLADED ITEMS: If your order contains age-restricted goods, we will deliver to the consignee only, and you MUST provide evidence in form of a driving license or passport to the delivery driver at the point of delivery. If you are unable to do this, then the goods will be taken away. It is YOUR responsibility to provide us with an address where YOU PERSONALLY can accept the delivery and provide a copy of your ID. Should you not wish to do this, then please refrain from ordering age-restricted goods from us.

As part of these changes, we can no longer leave ANY parcel containing age-restricted goods in a safe place, or with a neighbour.
Postage refunds will not be issued should you be unable to provide your ID at the time of delivery. You will be sent tracking details to your email address and mobile phone should you provide them to us.

Due to these changes, we’ve been forced to raise our standard rate of shipping. We appreciate your understanding.

In addition to these new rules, during 2022 we are slowly moving our operations to a new premises. This means that our service will be slightly slower than usual as we only have 1-2 postal collections per week until early 2023, when we hope to have completed our relocation.

Here at the Forest School Shop we offer a fast service and pack thousands of products each and every week. On these pages, you will find all of the important delivery details that you will need to select the appropriate delivery service for you.

Forest School Shop shows prices including VAT as standard - the prices outlined in the tables below will show including VAT for ease. You can toggle between different views using the VAT feature (top right hand of the website).

All parcels are sent to the address provided at the time of the checkout, or if using Paypal as your payment choice then we will deliver to the address that Paypal provide to us. It is vital that you keep these details current.

Below we have provided a table detailing shipping methods used, along with an estimate of delivery timescales. These are to be used as a guide, and whilst the vast majority of orders shall arrive on time, there are, on occasions times when events beyond our control may delay delivery.

In the rare event of a lost parcel, we will require up to 14 business days before being able to replace or credit for any lost goods.

Due to the nature of some of the goods that we supply, please also bear in mind that we have to carry out age validation checks on anyone purchasing restricted goods, such as knives or saws. If this is the first time you’ve placed an order for age-restricted goods from us, there may be an additional delay in your first shipment whilst we validate your credentials, regardless of the method chosen.

Business to business orders placed with us via telephone, email or post, may be charged at different rates to those shown below. The prices stated below are for orders placed and completed online.

* Standard Free Service [Free above £70.00 as an option] - This service is available to all non-restricted UK postcodes - if your postcode is a restricted one, we will need to contact you as there may be a cost involved. Parcels are sent by Royal Mail or non-express services. This method sometimes requires a signature upon delivery. This is a no-rush service and LEAVES US WITHIN 14 business days (sooner when we're less busy).

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have ordered age-restricted goods we need to verify your identification and date of birth. This is usually a swift and easy process, but on occasions may take longer. It is vital that you supply a valid contact number and email address that you check frequently as if we need to speak with you and can't, your order may be placed on hold.
